2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days of the day on which you receive the goods, without giving any reason. This right is granted under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Dutch consumer law.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter). You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission, although this is not mandatory. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

3. Return Procedure

To return goods under the right of withdrawal, you must send the products back to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Products should be returned in their original packaging where possible, unused and in resalable condition. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of posting.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 6(1) of the Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery. This may apply to dietary supplements where the seal has been broken.
• Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.

If you have opened the product packaging, we may still accept returns at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your situation before returning.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs. Our statutory warranty obligations remain unaffected. Under Dutch law, you have a two-year warranty period for defects that existed at the time of delivery.

6. Non-EU Customers

If you are located outside the European Union, different rules may apply. We will handle returns and refunds in accordance with applicable local law and our general goodwill policies. Please contact us to discuss your options before returning any products.

7. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days of us receiving the returned goods. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund within a reasonable period, please contact us.
